I bought the Samsung flip 5 phone through Amazon, now green dot came at the top of the screen after 2 days the touch is not worked and later on bubbles are coming from the inner screen & screen is changed to black
Today I visited the Samsung Store, they were saying due to compression of the screen the screen is damaged and not falling under Warranty and I need to pay 300USD for replacing the screen.
And the best part of the discussion is Service guy is not able to recognise the model of the Flip phone and also he said phone is not having any screen protector 😅( which is inbuilt)
