Seriously they never pick up their the phone!!!!! The only way to get a folding phone repaired is with them and they never pick up!!!! I'm so tired of the **bleep**!
Samsung Repair Tech here, we recommend going to samsung.com and setting up an appointment, if you're referring to the Mall of America location we literally do not have a working phone here for the repair team so if you're trying to call in we have no way to receive that call. We're absolutely happy to help with any repair needs just make sure to get an appointment scheduled ahead of time
