Phone Screen has black ink and stopped working.

I need help in fixing my phone, my phone screen suddenly stopped working due to the black ink on it, front screen is working but I have problem with the middle screen, I also have insurance on my phone. I need this to be fixed.

@Shakinss You should contact the insurance company and get the phone in for repair.
