Fold & Flip PhonesHello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy Z Fold6, Flip6, Watch 7/Ultra, Buds3/Bud3 Pro or Galaxy Ring you can post any order or tracking updates here.
This thread is for Galaxy Z Fold6, Flip6, Watch7/Ultra, Buds3, Buds3 Pro & Ring pre-orders!
Usually, we try to include the following information:
- Date ordered:
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):
- Unlocked or Carrier variant:
- Model, storage capacity, Color:
- Did you trade-In:
- Estimated delivery date:
Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Fold & Flip PhonesSame here. I'm almost to the point of canceling my order. Currently have a Fold 4 and am totally fine with keeping it. Not a word from Samsung at all about the delay/shipping time. Been a loyal Samsung user for years, this is more than disappointing. Why are so many others getting their orders and we aren't?!

Fold & Flip PhonesI'm in the same boat and it's really annoying me, I pre ordered on the 18th and it said expected on the 24th. No update for days and then after release date I got the delay email for the buds. Then eventually I canceled half my order in hopes it would speed things up and just got another email saying it's delayed. Meanwhile I can get one at best buy today so why the **bleep** did I even bother pre ordering it if it doesn't even matter?

Fold & Flip PhonesI am in the same situation as you but I pre-ordered on the day of and got charged on 7/10 with it posting on my credit card on 7/14. I have no delivery date on my phone and accessories still (after 4 customer service calls which ended up being completely useless and I can't even get credit or price match since nothing had been delivered). If anything, I am not charged with Samsung Care since it can't start without a phone... The ear bud had been showing delivery date of 7/24, 7/26, 7/30, and now 7/31.. The date changed the day of delivery.. I would not be surprised they update tomorrow morning that it won't be delivered and waste my time waiting home to sign for these packages (which should be expected for the amount of money paid for these items). Again, poor customer experience. Only thing delivered is the watch (on time, 7/24). Still, this is a poor excuse that it is going to be 7/31 (after 21 days of pre-ordering) that I still have items pending delivery with no date delivery.
What is not excusable is not I am not compensated for these delays with the fact that I am paying them on my credit card before I even get the item (which prevents me from contesting the charge since I do not know when to expect delivery). It is not like they are going to reverse the charge and charge later. So this is a complete fiasco and complete mess up from Samsung..
Also, how many times could Samsung screw up on forecasting and in getting the proper amount of goods to deliver with pre-ordering. This seem to always happen annually and Samsung still can't get it right. If anything, they need fire some of the marketing and forecasting team members.. How do you mess up on a launch every year... It is bad enough the customer service stinks but add this only shows Samsung do not care and give more reasons to not buy their goods.. Worked for them when they were prestigious but they lost their luster. They are starting to end up being at par with LG (or worse when comparing products). And these operational failures only seem validate more for me to leave them and not buy their products.. I already had poor customer experience last year but now this... I asked for compensation but they won't do it and disconnect on calls (I had 2 intentional disconnects on the call as I know how their call centers work and time wasted over 3 hours for 3 calls several days back)... They just know how to anger their customers.. Again, they show that they do not care... Lee family better get their companies back in shape... This is getting ridiculous..

Fold & Flip PhonesI pre-ordered and purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 6 along with Buds 3, trading in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for $850. Strangely, Samsung offered $800 for my S23 Ultra, even though the iPhone 13 Pro Max is a year older. This discrepancy seems to suggest a devaluation of Samsung devices compared to others. I also received a $100 pre-reservation discount.
When checking out, the cart offered me the option to sign up for Samsung VIP Advantage and get 2 years of Samsung Care+. I signed up for this as well.
After receiving the phone, I discovered that Samsung Care+ was not registered. Despite multiple calls with support over two weeks, they were unable to register the device and instructed me to return the phone and re-order it. I followed their advice, but in doing so, I lost the $100 pre-reservation discount and decided not to reorder the phone.
A similar issue occurred a few months ago when I mistakenly selected the S23 Plus instead of the S23 Ultra for trade-in value when I ordered S24 Plus. Rather than changing the trade-in device in the backend, I was told to return and reorder, resulting in the loss of my discount again so ended up not placing the order again.
Samsung needs to improve their order and trade-in processes, as these issues are frustrating and could easily be resolved with better system management.

- Did you trade-In: yes
- Estimated delivery date: originally 7/24, this has since been removed and there is no ETA at all.
I have reached out via the Chat on the customer service portion of the site twice and there is still no arrival in sight after speaking with them on 8/6. I am quite upset about this.
