Notifications not showing up at all

Hi guys, needs help with notifications not being popped up and not even shown in the notification tray. Few apps like X, WSJ, NYT , Bloomberg and other news apps. They work for few hours and stop sending notifications after a while. I am from an iPhone to Fold 6 to be finally free, now I'm facing issues with basic system functionalities, please help me in finding a solutions. 

 
I have tried all the basic troubleshooting steps like, Whitelisting apps to not sleep, Unrestricted battery, turn off DND, even cleared system cache partition. And Re-Booted the device once. And also turned off Doze mode through ADB

Thanks for the insight šŸ‘, but this is a brand new Z fold 6 256gb device, and it still has 80% empty. I'm not sure how this is getting filled up, it works for few hours after cleanup and same thing.

Well, you can check the cache size when notifications stop to see if it's really filling up or it's some other culprit. You might want to make sure you have a recent backup, as your next step might have to be factory reset to clear out any errors. You would then restore your backup.

Hi Realaud, I have tried all of these and nothing works, šŸ˜­ would it be possible to tag or send this issue to Samsung team to be corrected for One UI 7,

Customer support team couldn't do anything!!

Hello IHunter, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be receiving notifications consistently.

@realaud has provided great suggestions to get these working. We also see you have tried the steps in the troubleshooting link. 

You can also try testing the phone in safe mode to see if there is a 3rd party app stopping the notifications. https://samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/

Another suggestion is to reset the settings of the phone. Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset all Settings. It does not delete your data, but will reset any customization, and remove Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.

If all steps do not allow the notifications to work correctly, we recommend submitting an error report to provide the data logs from the phone to Samsung developers. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

Hii team, thanks for the prompt reply.

I did try all these mentioned troubleshooting steps however, nothing works and I'm still facing this problem.....

I already reset my entire device and still same problem.
