How to keep the outer screen on when the phone is unfolded?

I saw on Samasung's front page that shows below image. I can't never keep my outer screen on when the phone is unfolded beyond 90 degrees as below. Is there any setting to make it happen?

That's just an artist rendition. Once you get to about 90 degrees the outer display will turn off.

Samsung should avoid posting something which is misleading the consumers. It's a false advertisement. I wish the feature is there though.
