How to disable 5g on a zflip 5g

My battery drops very quickly and I will like to just use lte how can I switch it off I can't find the toggle

Have you checked settings->mobile networks?

Ok, here's what I did to switch my S21ultra to 4g LTE..go to Google play store and download the Samsung Band Selection app. Open the app. Tap on "Launch Band Selection". You will now see that it is set on "Automatic". Switch it to "GSM/WCDMA/LTE". Your phone should now be on 4g LTE.
