Galaxy Z Flip 7 screen didn't have physical damage when sent for repair

I purchased my Samsung Flip 7 as previously mentioned on August 8th. On October 8th I noticed a small pixelated dot on my screen (Note: I did not see any physical damage that would cause this nor did the authorized repair store). Therefore I sent it into Samsung. Now this is how I get my phone back. Now the red dot is where there is supposed damage but all of us flip users know these phones do not last without this preinstalled screen protector. It was not lifted or damaged in anyway prior to it being sent in.  Samsung.

I'm still using the Galaxy Z flip 3, but its has a crease showing on 2 previous ones, they all go black on the screens and its my 3rd one! No more for me, im getting the Motorola flip 2025 !!!
