Galaxy Z Flip 7 screen didn't have physical damage when sent for repair

I purchased my Samsung Flip 7 as previously mentioned on August 8th. On October 8th I noticed a small pixelated dot on my screen (Note: I did not see any physical damage that would cause this nor did the authorized repair store). Therefore I sent it into Samsung. Now this is how I get my phone back. Now the red dot is where there is supposed damage but all of us flip users know these phones do not last without this preinstalled screen protector. It was not lifted or damaged in anyway prior to it being sent in.  Samsung.

On top of that I get 2 addition red marks on my phone for some "knicks" which "damaged the frame...BUT other than sending to Samsung this phone remained in its case 24/7 since opening it......even at that I dont see how they would of affected the screen. I am soooo over this BS

Just my 2 cents plus tax one thought is damaged during shipping other thought would be to contact Samsung and let them know about it and try to get fixed

You can see where the screen protector had been lifted and the little red spot is put under the screen protector. I wanted to give them benefit of the doubt but nope

Why i was thinking damaged during shipping but possible might of happened as they inspected the phone

I still find it unacceptable to return a device like this. Especially knowing the issues that arise from the pre installed screen protector being removed

I totally agree why i suggested contacting support may need to escalate

I am going to try in the morning but knowing where I got sending the phone into them I highly doubt ill get a resolution

Just thought I would provide an update. They have currently told me that the repair center is noting damage (the initial two miniscule marks on the frame) so there for they will not be able to fix the screen protector because in order to do a full inspection they have to remove it. I supposedly have escalated to the highest dept and I am soo disappointed.
