Fold & Flip Phones
I am a Galaxy Fold 6 user. Mobile outlook has been strange since the Galaxy software update occurred a few days ago. I often use Outlook every day to check company emails, and among them, I frequently use the function to move emails to folders. However, after the software update, when I try to put an email in a folder, the app automatically turns off. I turned my phone off and on. When I delete and reinstall an app, the email is redirected to a folder, but after finishing the work and doing the same task again a few hours later, the app shuts down again. This process of deleting and reinstalling the app several times a day. As a company manager, Outlook Mobile is incredibly important, and I've been dying for days. Please help me. After the software update, something seems to conflict with Outlook, but I don't think it's right.

Fold & Flip PhonesI would suggest reaching out to Microsoft support since outlook is a Microsoft program they would be required to be the ones to fix the issue.
