Fold & Flip PhonesThis is will be the last Samsung device I buy. 2000$ for a device that worked just for 4 months, and when I requested a service, they asked me to send the device and wait for 10 day to repair it if it was factory fault.
for manufacture fault I paid 2000$ to get refurbished device, what kind of company.

Fold & Flip PhonesI don't understand what you are saying. Are you saying you sent it in and, instead of repairing it or sending a new replacement, they sent you a refurbished phone? That is Samsung's policy for phones that were not defective out of the box. This has always been their policy. If they deem the phone unrepairable they will send a refurbished device because, in essence, they are replacing a used device with a used device. The good thing about Samsung's refurbs is that they essentially rebuild a broken device with all new parts (basically the shell is reused), test it and continue the warranty. They, unfortunately, do not rebuild *your* device (I don't know why - probably time constraints), and just take one out of their inventory.
