Fold & Flip PhonesSimilar experiences all over the internet. Had mine for less than a month. Sent it in after inner screen stopped working. Never dropped. And cased since I bought it. I was informed that the "LCD" was damaged. At first, I was told to pay 345.00. Then a "tech" came on to say they would reduce it to 200.00. I told him that there is a defect and I have a video showing no physical damage before I sent the phone in. I asked to speak with a manger and was then told someone would call me in 24-48 hrs. Anyone else being bamboozled by Samsung not honoring their warranty??

Fold & Flip PhonesDo you have a problem living in the real world?? I am only asking for my phone to be fixed under the warranty given by a manufacture. Simply. **bleep** happens. Mistakes are made. Owe up and honor your warranty. This is the real world! And I will not give up. There is a major point to prove here.
