Hi all,

I have a GalaxyBook 4 and when I switch on the laptop, it shows [System Information] with a QR code. There is only option to turn off and so I am unable to use.
Factory reset also is not working.
I did manage to open to windows by holding power+pressing escape, but then even if I open it, the keys misbehave and cause flickering. Also, the audio keeps switching on and off constantly.

Can someone help me ? Is this fixable??

Check the keys on the keyboard, and make sure the keys are not stuck. I fixed the same issue with my laptop about a year ago, and it was the "tab button" stuck (as if it were being pressed down). I cleaned the keys with rubbing alcohol and it booted.
If you have no success, then I recommend having a professional look at it or taking it to a repair shop and having them evaluate it.

Thanks MrGhoul.

The keys don't feel stuck though but I will definitely try it. Which liquid do I buy and try?
Btw, did you also get the [system information] with QR code on boot?

Yes, I was getting the "system information" message, cant remember if it had the QR code or not. I just used rubbing alcohol and Qtip did the job.

One note with the rubbing alcohol. Don't soak the Q-tip so that it's dripping. You don't want liquid getting underneath the keys. Saturate it just enough to clean any debris.
