Hi, I'm having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro 365. From one day to the next, the laptop only turns on the fan and keys, but it doesn't display an image. What do you think it could be?
could be : 1-corrupted graphic card or failed window update. 2-loose or disconnected display cable inside the laptop 3-because of over heating mother board could be faulty 4-firmwear needed update
I took the device to a workshop, and they diagnosed the issue as a problem with the BIOS, which needs to be reprogrammed. Unfortunately, they can't find the correct BIOS file to perform the reprogramming. I am unable to take it to the manufacturer since the warranty has expired.
