Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 Charging at Only 30W

With the OEM brink and an Anker 65W brick, my Galaxy Book4 Edge 14 doesn't charge beyond 30W. My understanding is that it should charge must faster than this even double the speed. 

I have battery optimization disabled on the laptop. 

What am I missing here?
