I'm trying to sync music and playlists from my Windows 10 and 11 laptops to my Galaxy A35. At first, Windows File Explorer wouldn't even recognize internal and SD card storage, but after much internet searching managed to lick that problem. However, I can't get Windows Media Player to recognize the phone for syncing. An internet search shows that a number of other people have had this problem, but no clear solutions. Can anyone help me sync my WMP music and playlists to the Samsung Galaxy A35? I never had this problem with my Galaxy J3 Orbit.

Also, I created three playlists in Samsung Music on the A35, hoping to find where the program stores them and with what file type suffix, but can't find them anywhere (I have enabled "show hidden system files" in file explorer). Can anyone tell me where Samsung Music stores playlists, and with what suffix?

Thanks,

Terry

Check the usb settings on the phone, they need to allow you to transfer data, phone also needs to be unlocked to transfer data.
