My A03s runs with the latest update (One UI 5.1, security patch level Oct 1, 2024). I cannot find any Cast Icon or Samsung Smartview. I downloaded and installed SmartView on the phone. My TV is not smart. I use a Chromecast with Google TV. I started Smartview and it found the Chromecast and displayed a pairing code on the TV. I entered the code into Smartview and it said 'Pairing successful'. But the phone screen is not cast to the TV. TV still displays the Chromecast home page. Does anyone has a similar experience and would like to share how they get it to work?
