I think the only thing you have to do is press that arrow on the left to exit the menu. I tried to replicate your screen but I got the Gemini assistant asking what do I need. Does this screen come up when you tap and hold the home button (the middle circle one)?
Can you describe what is happenin in more detail? Does this pop up on its own? Is it a permanent display? Are you swiping up? Unless we know under what circumstances this is happening, we cannot offer solutions.

I think this is a bug/glitch in update causing this. my girlfriend's phone did this last week. well, its similar anyway. I got rid of it by rebooting but she says it pops up from time to time. I think she reported (feedback).
