Phone so buggy

Hey all,

I'm having a big problem with where my phone is suddenly so buggy and I don't know what is causing this to happen. It shows a message on screen that the charger isn't connected properly and it is connected properly, it doesn't vibrate, and there's no sound coming out of it. Is there any way on how to fix this?

Could be charging port run the diagnostic test

I just ran the diagnostic test and it says it's normal, and it gave me the same message again, make sure your charger is connected properly in the charging port, and it's connected properly in the charging port, and I don't know what is causing this to happen

Could try a new charging block and cable perhaps they gone bad

It wouldn't be my charging block and cable because they worked before my phone started to act weird

They do go bad at some point was a suggestion if diagnostic test came back good

Cables and charging blocks go bad.  It doesn't matter if it was working properly 5 minutes ago, in this minute it could be defective.  The block or cable going bad could be the reason your phone is acting weird -could have been a mini power surge that messed with the phone electronics. Ports get damaged or acquire debris.  Try a different cable and/or a different block.  If you are still having issues with a new cable, brush out the USB port.  It also could be the port loosened a bit, which can happen if you are not in the habit of pulling the cord straight out.
