Google & Samsung messages RCS chat not working

Okay so my phone recently shut off for like a few hours I forgot to pay it . My RCS chats for Google messages seems to not be registering so I'm able to use it . So I downloaded Samsung keyboard and well I try to verify it as well and it says that it can't verify . I have tried it on wifi and mobile data and still no success. Is anyone else having this issue ? I just got my android 15/One UI 7 update so I'm not sure why this isn't working I have tried everything. Does this seem like I have to take it to the store ?

So I went ahead and switched back over to Google messages. I enabled it I updated it in Google Play store, went in and went to verify my number and it was already verified and connected to RCS chats!. Thank you everyone !

What device are you using and what cellular service provider do you have your service with (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc)?

Samsung Galaxy A16 I go through boost. Like it just started I failed to pay my phone bill it was turned off a few hours paid it and it hasn't been working since I figured with the update it would work didn't , figured switching from Google messages to Samsung messages would work and it isn't unfortunately both apps are failing to register for for RCS features

Same problem here. I have not been able to send or receive RCS messages and unfortunately most of my group chats are in this format. Mobile has not been able to fix.😟

Really ? So I'm not the only one .hm wonder what's going on . Maybe just the A series issue but my wife has the galaxy a54 and she doesn't have any problems . I am using the Samsung Messages temporarily sucks but it works at least. With Google messages I couldn't even send messages they would always say not sent

Have you tried clearing the cache and starting from scratch?

Thank you for commenting .. unfortunately yes I have. .seems like I may have to take it in. Maybe a device issue. ?

It could be but RCS typically gets turned on when you have an active data connection. Tried disabling RCS and re-enable it? The little exclamation mark next to your phone number in the RCS settings does state that RCS is supplied by your carrier so they may have disabled it since you missed a payment and you may have to call and have it re-enabled on your account

Yeah nope. Data and wifi it'll verify for a few then you'll have to go back in and verify it again it just won't verify.

Yeah I would call Boost or go to one of their Tech stores to see if they can't resolve the issue.
