Where do I go for new features on Galaxy A12?

I need help figuring out where the new features are on the Galaxy A12? I just got no phone today

There is no current phone that is a Galaxy 12. Current phones are using Android 15 and soon to be using Android 16.

If I'm not mistaken it's a Galaxy S12 it's definitely older phone and all I did was get a new SIM card I had the phone well my brother had the phone for about 4 years. It still has to update so that might be my problem

The S12 does not exist. After the S10, they switched the numbers to align with the current year.

Do you mean the S22?

Unfortunately, your device has reached end-of-life for software support and will not receive any further updates or new features. As long as the device is functional, you can continue to use it in its current state.

If you would like the latest and greatest software and features samsung has to offer, you will need to purchase a current gen device.
