A Series & Other Mobile
I feel like the Galaxy A15 5G is powerful enough to run the full version of One UI instead of One UI Core. Samsung probably kept it on Core for battery reasons, but the difference in battery life would likely be minimal with today’s optimizations.
I’ve sideloaded several Good Lock modules on my Galaxy A15 5G, and most of them work perfectly, which shows the phone can handle the full One UI experience. Enabling full One UI would make the device feel more complete and give users access to all customization features without compromising performance.

The difference in features is a deliberate choice to save on processing power, which is crucial in devices with lesser chipsets.
Beyond performance, which is the biggest reason, a secondary reason is that it doesn't make financial sense for Samsung. There is no company in the world (aside from those temporarily operating at a loss to break into a market) that willingly gives you more for less.
Any second-tier device is going to be limited in some way.
Ultimately, the A series and S series don't have all the same features for the same reason base model and fully loaded vehicles don't have all the same features.

You bought, not only a budget phone, but the lowest end of the budget series. You can not expect Ferrari performance from a Chevelle. It does not matter that "you feel" that your device can handle the full load, the fact is that it's not meant to.
