WIFI CALLING NOT WORKING

*UPDATE: BACK TO WORKING 

Suddenly last night my wifi calling stopped working and turned itself off. Now I cant turn it on and it says provisions failed. I rely on this as I live in the middle of nowhere. Wifi is working great, I turned my phone on and off, toggles airplane mode, checked for updates and restarted wifi router. Any other ideas?

UPDATE: Spoke with Sam at AT&T just now and said it's to be fixed before the end of today EST which it is currently 9:25pm.

I think it was a Samsung phone update issue. Does anyone have any information?

I just chatted with AT&T. They suggested updating my emergency address. Said that has worked for others. However, I have done that and still not working. Anyonee?

I restarted my phone this morning and it worked for me.

Galaxy a32 5g won't show wifi calling even after cycling the phone , wifi calling switch.

Even at home where my internet is working on the phone can't get it. Carrier (optimum) says that wifi calling is on the account, they pointed their fingers at samsung. Talk to samsung ts they point their fingers at the Carrier.

My head is spinning from the runaround. Please help

When I called my internet company (kinetic which was windstream) they said it was on their end and there was an outage on the wifi calling. My wifi was working as well but the calling was not. I'm going to assume it's your internet company 🤷‍♀️
