Vizio/Verizon service interrupted

I payed my bill through the Verizon app

. Hr rep tried explaining to me in the event of my move my payment was rejected due to address change! Clearly that was a (Lizza Manali). My service was interrupted and they want admitt the recieved my payment and put it on another accounts holder information.

You would need to contact them since that's who you pay. 

p.s I don't understand what you mean by Vizio Samsung has nothing to do with them
