Unmute the screen recording video that I have made

I have accidentally screen recorded video that is muted. Can someone tell me how to unmute the video that I have just recorded please?

A couple questions

You do have the Volume turned up?

You're certain there IS audio in the video?

There are scenarios where video is recorded, but not audio.

Try another video player for comparison. I just checked the built in Video Player app and there's no "mute" setting

I've had my volume all the way up and there is no audio because I accidentally put no sound and there is somewhat bad scenario nothing illegal course

As someone else said, if the video recorded was set to "No sound" then there is no sound data on the video at all whatsoever. Your either going to have to record a new video and make sure the sound is turned on on the recorder, or add your own audio to the silent video, or just deal with having a silent video

Unfortunately, if a video was recorded with the sound muted, then there isn't a way to unmute it.
