Whenever my iPhone friends sends me a screen recording it's always glitchy

What do you see when they send you a screen recording? I always have them email it to me

@Meg51467 Have them send it to you a messaging system which is designed to handle large files. Something like Facebook Messenger, Insta, Signal, etc.

Until apple adopts rcs, this will continue to be an issue. Use things like others have said. Whatsapp, Instagram, FB Messenger, signal, etc
