Iām experiencing an auto-restart issue with my Samsung Galaxy A51. I recently replaced the battery just five days ago, and Iām not noticing any heating problemsāonly slight hanging before it restarts. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!
Well, it might be because of this setting. In device care, if you go to the performance and select the auto optimization option, you can see a setting called auto restart. I think in your case, restart when needed option is turned on or something. You can see a clear description of this one above saying that when you phone is getting slow or if anything affects its performance, the system will try to restart. Just see that the restart button is turned or not. Hope it helpsšš
You might be overheating and not notice it. Sometimes internal components heat up enough to affect performance, but not enough to feel. You can download Good Guardians from the Galaxy store and the thermal guardian module to see if you have had instances of overheating. Also, the battery perhaps may not have been insalled correctly or is defective. You can do a diagnostic.
