Hi, I have a Samsung A51 5G. I've had it since 2019, and for two weeks it's been telling me I have no internet connection. I can only use the apps with Wi-Fi. I've already restarted it and it's still the same. I spoke to the company and they reportedly cleaned my line, but it's still the same. Do I need to update the device? thanks for the help!

If I understand you correctly, you have no mobile data connection and you contacted your service provider, who "cleaned" the line. I have no idea what that means. Could you provide a little more information as to what they did?

My applications don't work, only with Wi-Fi. It says I have no internet connection. I've already restarted the phone and the internet, but it's still the same. I just need to delete the applications and reinstall them.

That's not what I'm asking. You said you contacted your mobile provider and they supposedly "cleaned" your line. What does that mean? How would reinstalling your apps help with your mobile connection? Who's your mobile provider?

Oh, I understand. My provider is Metro PCs and they reportedly clean the line for better quality. I read that deleting the applications and reinstalling them could be an option.

That won't help with your mobile connection. I still have no idea what Metro did, if anything.

On your phone, go into settings > general management > reset, and reset mobile network settings. See if that does anything for your mobile connection.

I have a note 20 & my bars in my home is only 1 sometimes 2. I bought a new router & even had a tech. come to my home & test my internet connection ( I have optimum) they said my connection was fine & that it may be my phone. What can I do? I've reset network settings, unplugged and reset router & still the same issue. HELP!!
