I'm unable to send MMS, whenever I do it gives me a "something went wrong, try again later (408)" response. It doesn't matter if I'm connected to WiFi or using mobile data. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache, making sure all software was updated. I'm able to send MMS to the person a share a plan with and automated text numbers (like when you sign up for something and they send you a code.) I can receive MMS messages just fine.
Resetting network settings may help. However, issues related to making calls and sending/receiving messages will most likely need to be addressed by contacting your carrier.
