After communicating with bank it appears logon attempts are not getting through to bank.
Samsung you need to fix this ASAP.

Banking apps are written by developers who work for the banks and Samsung has no control over their function. Most likely, your bank has not updated their app to support Android 16.

You can locate the developer's contact info by visiting the app's Play Store page and scrolling down to "App Support."

In the meantime, while you wait for your bank to correct this issue, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth.

โ˜†Make sure the app is up to date.

โ˜† Clear out temporary app files

Go to Settings > Apps > Desired app > storage > clear cache. If that doesn't help, clear data.

โ˜† Uninstall/Reinstall the app.

If all else fails, and the banking app simply is not compatible, and if your bank is not timely in updating their app, you can always uninstall the banking app and log in through your browser. You may or may not be able to perform all functions typically available in the app, but you will at least have access to account balances and other basic info.
