Hi, I have a Galaxy A15 5G and I can’t find the Motion Photo or Live Photo option in my camera app. Can you confirm if my phone supports it or if it might be added in a future update?

The Motion and Live photo feature is typically reserved for Samsung's higher-end and mid-range devices. It is unlikely to be added in a future software update. The reason you can't find the icon (which looks like a square with a small play button) in the camera app is because the feature is not included in the software/hardware configuration for the A-15 model.

The A series doesn't normally support those features.

My A54 doesn't have.  I could swear it did before the update, even though I never actually used it.

OK.  I see it now.  I could swear it used to be on the bottom menu or the extended menu when you tap "more".  I see the icon now on the top of my screen, however, I never would have know what it was for and with the line through it when it's off, it's unrecognizable.  I'm also quite sure I would have thought it a shortcut to recording a video.
