Hello Samsung,I hope you can see this.

It's really really hurts me when I hear something bad about samsung be samsung is my blood and my blood is samsung and I think there's something I will like to say.

I have used several samsung devices from future phones,Galaxy S2,S3,S3 mini,S4,S4 Active,S5,S6,S6 edge,S7 edge,S8,S8 plus,S9,Note 2,J1Ace,J510Fn,Note 20 ultra,A02,A10,A10s,A32,A03,A03 core,A04e,A05,A22,A12,A14 4G.So I know a lot about Galaxy phones and its user experience.

I know samsung is the leader to phones when it comes to Africa but I think other companies especially like Trassion(Tecno,Infinix,Itel) is taking over and in two to 6 years time they will overtake samsung because of this reasons.

1.Gives more battery to even its low end phones

2.Give most of its software its uses on its mind rangers and flagship to low end phones.

3.Even most of  their low end phones are lag free and feels premium when using.

4.Iris sensor to its lower end or entry level phones.

5.Better chipset and better image processing and camera Pixel to its entry level phones.

6.Even budget earbuds from this Trassion feels great at a less price.

In Africa its only those who knows about samsung and love samsung go for the Galaxy phones regardless, all I want to let samsung know is they shouldn't do the same mistake Nokia,Motorola and other phone brands did and today they aren't able to even compete Chinese phone companies. I don't see why samsung is just try to look like Apple in the past samsung is known for innovations and better user experience so the question is what change...?

Everyone make sure samsung sees this.

Thank you @

I agree with everything that you said and the lack of beta testing and Samsung is being all mysterious about it and also they make the screens for Apple and for Pixel and they got the newest, best screens Samsung produced this year and the s25 series many people have said in their tips and leaks Samsung is going to keep the same screen as the S24 line. I have the S24 Ultra and I see nothing to make me want to upgrade and also they are keeping the same battery size second or 3rd year in a row. They act like 16 gigs of ram is something to be excited about and I never have problems with 12 gigs that I already have. I don't even use virtual ram because I don't see any benefit and I don't need more ram. They are using a new chipset and that and the ram are all that are changing. I get the narrative they are trying to say it should help with battery life but how do people know before they try it and see. Great idea in theory. They took out the 3.5 mm headset jack to make room for bigger batteries yet they are staying the same. They give their competition, Apple and Pixel the newest and best screens and the s25 stays with this years screen. Then they are acting like not saying for sure if there's going to be a beta test and when it will be really is a huge disappointment to another person that has been using Samsung for years. We get no innovation besides a new chipset and more ram. Literally nothing else is changing and they are saying they are going to be more expensive than this year's S24 line. Very very disappointing to customers. And this whole mystery surrounding the beta when every phone model that is getting Android 15 one UI 7 should be on the stable release as Pixel already is and we don't know if there's even going to be a beta and Samsung keeps acting like it's a huge mystery. They are behind in the software department tremendously and can't even give an answer as to when. They keep being vague on purpose and it's really sad especially for loyal customers.

100 Percent. They need to step everything up from the ground up. Let's see how well they listen to their customers as they "claim" they do. If they don't do better me and my family will go to another brand. That's how you make a statement. Affect their finances. Stop buying their overpriced phones and go to another brand. I'm severely disappointed in them and the more people who would speak up and/or stop buying their products the more apt they would be to pay attention. I hope they see this and realize people don't appreciate being wronged by anyone, especially a company. My phone is over $1,000 USA dollars and they are saying that the next 1 will probably be more expensive because of the snapdragon elite chipset. They change that but give us the same battery size and the same screen as this years model. Yeah, I see no reason to upgrade.

And I don't know how to make it get to Samsung. I guess if a representative actually reads it maybe it will. They are apt to lie and say they told Samsung when they didn't. That's the way most big companies work. Do the least amount they can do to pacify the customer even if they lie because they don't put themselves in our shoes. They do what the company says to do

If a crucial feature to test in a One UI Beta is some language testing, Samsung will need to release the beta to tablets as well because current beta users in North America only have access to some languages (EN, ES, FR, DE, IT, PT, VI, KO, ZH-HANS, ZH-HANT, JP), and full language support is only available on tablets.

Another thing I found is that Samsung does not support some African languages on Galaxy Devices, even though they are on Samsung TVs, monitors, and projectors sold in the Southern African market, as shown below:
ā€¢ Yoruba
ā€¢ Igbo
ā€¢ Hausa
ā€¢ Afrikaans
ā€¢ Zulu
ā€¢ Xhosa
ā€¢ Swahili
ā€¢ Amharic
