Keep getting a "Cat #379" notification, What is this?

I keep having thus notification pop up on my phone after I installed andrpid 12 that has a little picture of a cat and the words cat #379. What is that?

Looks like an app you may have downloaded, and the notif perms reset after the update maybe.

Was it official software or an apk from the internet

That's a system Easter egg from Android 11. If you check the notification drop down and click device controls, You'll more than likely to see "cat controls" in the mix of smartthings and/or Google home
