I purchased a Samsung galaxy a15 5g phone through total wireless and I bought 2- 55$ phone cards from best buy but never got an activation pin and now I want to activate my phone what do I do? I tried customer service but got the run around and I tried to get reimbursed but got messed over what do I do?

@NicoBrave   I would suggest contacting BestBuy support or returning to the store you purchased the prepaid cards from since the Activation code should have been printed on the receipt and sometimes BestBuy will email you the Activation code.
