I purchased the unlocked A56 directly from Samsung to upgrade from the A51. I found that the IMEI is not on the list for Cricket. How do I go about getting the A56 to work on the Cricket network? At this point I have spent all this money for a phone that I won't be able to use.

Ensure the Device is Unlocked: If your phone is from another carrier, get it unlocked by that original carrier first.
Contact Cricket Support (If Incompatible/Not Listed): Call or Chat: Contact Cricket Support or visit a Cricket store to ask them to add your IMEI to the whitelist, especially if it's a newer model that should work but isn't recognized. Provide Details: They may need to verify it's a North American version and meets HD Voice standards
Activate Service: Once approved/verified, get a Cricket SIM (or use eSIM) and activate it on an eligible plan.
