I'm getting my A16s firmware flashed should I go to best buy

My phone was bought from best buy and when I went to a ubreakifix they just said to contact Samsung support

I know some uBreakiFix locations won't do firmware flashing. Is there another location somewhat near you that you can contact to see if they do it? I don't think it's a service offered at Best Buy, but you can try.

If you're tech savvy, you can attempt to do it yourself with a PC. There are online tutorials and YouTube videos to help. You just need to make sure you download the right firmware for your device.

Idk I searched it up on Google they do I think but I don't want to brick my device I'll leave that to the geek squad and official Samsung places
