I am on one UI 7. The Samsung A06 4G freezes then restarts every time I connect an Xbox controller via Bluetooth! It also does the same if I use a USB cable!

I have tried two different controllers, each from a different company. I have also confirmed the controllers work on other phones. I also have an older Samsung phone (Samsung A30) and it works fine with both controllers.

I have tried

1. Unpairing the Bluetooth.

2. Safe mode

3. Full network reset.

4.  Full factory reset

5. Wiping Cache Partition

6. Reflashing the firmware

Think your biggest issue is the 4gb ram

Why would 4gb RAM affect connection to an Xbox controller?

That's quite the statement.

The Samsung A30 has 4gb RAM. Works fine with the controller

My TV has 1gb RAM. Works fine with the controller.

Somehow RAM affects Xbox controllers but works fine on pure android controllers and even Switch Pro controllers? Lmao.

Didn't say it affects a Xbox or anything else but 4gb ram is slow and not exactly speedy so you will notice some slowness

Then your comment/help is irrelevant. Honourable contributors should stick to what they absolutely know

You don't even seem to know how RAM works. Yes, RAM can be slow but that is nothing to do with it's capacity. You can have 8gb RAM running at 8000mhz or as low as 2300mhz. That's clock speeds. They aren't a thing when it comes to phones. How fast a phone is is dictated by the CPU (SOC) and Storage speeds. Once the app is in the RAM, RAM only dictates how many apps you can have loaded up at the same time.

End of class.

I have seen the logs of this phone when it crashes. It's a Bluetooth driver issue. This post is for Samsung to hopefully see and fix the drivers. Not to give lessons on RAM.
