Return it because once you reset it, the device will require the original owner's Google and Samsung accounts to regain access to the phone.

You might as well buy you a new phone , it's the best option ๐Ÿ˜Š

Return the phone! Unless you can get the previous owner to unlock the phone and have them sign out of their Samsung/Google accounts. The phone is trash.

Or find someone that knows how to bypass the frp (factory reset protection) there are a few good sites online that can unlock it remotely for a fee. Some can be done in under 10 minutes depending on phone model and operating systems etc.

Your best bet would be to return the phone to wherever you bought it, as they sold you a useless phone.  If you bought it from someone you know, have them log it out of their Google and Samsung accounts and de-register the device from those accounts.
