How do I u get my phone to rotate

You can pull down your quick toggles and you should have a icon that says Portrait or Auto Rotate or in may say Landscape if it says portrait tap it and it should switch to Auto Rotate

If you did what @GaryB82 suggested and it didn't work, then turn off your device then back on
