How do I get the screen on my Samsung A20 phone to auto-rotate when looking at pictures?

Hello,

Try these steps and see if that helps: 

1. Swipe down on the Status bar (top) twice to expand the quick settings menu. The image below is an example.
2. Tap 'Auto rotate' or 'Portrait'.
