Yea. I got it. Thanks. Also, I just got this device. I'm trying to activate service but it's saying can't process and to check device. Why is that

To activate the device you would need a phone plan and Sim card active after that it will start the process to activate service to your device and you go thru the sign into account in it and it does its set up process after that it should start any software updates
