A Series & Other MobileHi,
Sorry to hear this when inserting your charger dont apply too much pressure on the port. Hold the charger at the tip and push lightly.
Its very delicate.
Not to worry there are quiet a few things you can do.
- If you are within your warranty period, you can head to closest samsung experience store and book a repair.
- You can trade your device in for a similar but built well model in the A series.
- You can sell your device informing potential buyers of the issue and then buy a flagship line of Samsung products.
Whatever decision you make you know you will get the same level of support and warranty that actually gives you peace of mind.
M,

A Series & Other MobileGet the charging port checked out for damage at a repair center, especially if you want to charge your phone or use USB accessories. You can always switch to Bluetooth headphones.
