Group texts on A23 only receiving individually

Just got my new A23 and no longer receive group texts and replies in the group.  Replies in the group all come back individually.  Is there a setting that I need to change?

Have you conferred directly with your friends they are selecting the reply all...

Or just reasonable assumption they will be.?

Yes I have and nothing has changed on their end! Frustrating to say the least!

Hello, JW51! Thank you for posting! I would recommend checking out the settings for your group messaging. Here's a link that can help with that: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00090223/ 

If the link above is not helping, and it's still not working properly, the next thing to do would be to reach out to your carrier as text messaging services fall under their jurisdiction.
