Galaxy A15 Super fast charging stopped working

The super fast charging on my Galaxy A15 stopped working after the last update. I've already checked the settings, which are on. Ive got the correct charger, too. Has anyone out there found a solution to this?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your A15 not fast charging. Have you tried another charging cable?

Have you tried another charging brick?

Are you getting a specific error message when the phone is not fast charging?

No error message, it just doesn't charge. No lightning bolt symbol, nothing. If I plug in an older charger it says charging slowly and gives an estimated time until fully charged.

Me too. I used different charging cables and different chargers. Superfast charging foes not work anymore.

I updated my phone (A15) yesterday. Then, phone's fast charging dosen't work. Today, I changed cable and plug but that dosen't work for me. How do I solve this?
