Is this normal for a carrier-locked device? My Galaxy A16 5G was purchased from Straight Talk Wireless at Walmart, and I noticed its locked status switched to unlocked. The model name is SM-S166V. This is supposed to be a carrier-locked phone

Sometimes carriers will unlock devices after a certain amount of time has passed. I know Verizon auto-unlocked, I believe, after 60 days. I just looked it up, and it says Straight Talk Wireless will normally unlock the device after 12 months or if it's been requested.
