In my Galaxy A15 5G Mobile Phone Whenever I turn it on I keep getting the following message  Download English ( United States ) Required

Voice access needs to Download a Language update to understand your speech in english ( United States)

The  message or program will not download and pops up continually

I already have voice activation and it works perfectly  How do i remove this message and annoying Icon that continually floats on my phones screen

Thank You

Hello, I understand your concerns with the message you keep receiving on your device about downloading a language update and I will be more than happy to look into this with you.

First lets clear the cache on your device:

Power off your device

Hold down the power button and volume up buttons together at the same time

Once the Samsung logo appears let go of the power button while remaining holding down the volume up button

Use the volume buttons to select Clear Cache and use the power to press enter

Once down start up device as normal

Open Voice Access Settings

Select on Help and Feedback

Select View in Google Play Store

Uninstall App

Then go back to Voice Access and try to download the update

If you are still not able to complete the update go into Settings, Apps and block app notifications.

Please Submit an error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

You can perform a factory data reset just be sure to back up your device before performing the reset.
