I have a Galaxy A03s mobile phone. When I press Sync Now I get a pop up that says Syncing Calenders then a Cancel Sync message appears. When I check my Google calendar the entries from the Samsung calendar have not updated. I called Samsung. They tried. No success. I called my carrier Verizon. No success. I have done all I know to do ... disabled, turned the phone off, checked settings on both calendars, etc. Can anyone help me with this issue?

A Series & Other MobileAre you sure the two calendars are connected? I never have to manually sync calendars. What I put in one appears in the other in real time. Admittedly, though, I use Google calendar exclusively for event entering and reference. I think the sync between the calendars may work better when the events are entered into Google calendar rather than Samsung calendar. If I enter an event on Google calendar, it immediately appears on Samsung calendar. If I enter an event on Samsung calendar, it does not immediately populate on Google calendar - it takes a minute.
Have you tried clearing the data from both apps? This will not erase your calendar entries, but you will have to reconfigure and settings for each calendar - it's the same as uninstalling and reinstalling.
