Everyone is blocked in Messages

Is anyone else messages not working and its saying everyone is blocked. Me and most people on my contact list are having this problem.

A 32 but its happening to people ik woth iphone 15 and even s24 ultras.

Not coming up with anything that would cause that minus a carrier or network issue

If it's happening with both iphones and Samsungs, it's a carrier issue.
