A Series & Other MobileHi there!
I've had similar issues with my Samsung device before, and here are a few troubleshooting steps that helped me:
Restart your phone and Bluetooth device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
Forget and re-pair your Bluetooth device: Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, find your device in the list, and select "Forget". Then, pair your Bluetooth device again.
Check for software updates: Make sure your phone is running the latest software version. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Reset network settings: This can resolve many connectivity issues. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Clear Bluetooth cache: Go to Settings > Apps > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache.
Check for interference: Other wireless devices, Wi-Fi signals, or even physical obstacles can interfere with Bluetooth signals. Try moving to a different location or turning off other wireless devices.
If none of these steps work, there might be a hardware issue with your Bluetooth module, and you might need to contact Samsung support for further assistance.
