A71 Screen is black and I am unable to answer calls

Does anyone know what to do, my phone rings and I have a black screen I can't answer it please help me  , yes I know I can look after who called and call back but it's aggravating ty

Make sure the top front of the screen is clean

Have to try to force restart the phone it might,or else replacing the screen it the only option.

I had dropped my phone this week outside and it was raining I think dirt probably went in little hole where camera is, so I removed cover completely and it's now working great
